As a coach, I partner with you to clarify how you want your life to change as a result of us working together and support you to identify what might be holding you back from living the happy, fulfilling and balanced life you deserve. I then help you identify strategies and develop plans to empower yourself and fully step into new ways of thinking, feeling, and showing up in your life.

I bring a wide range of personal development approaches to the table, including positive psychology, somatics, and therapeutic writing, to name a few. My approaches are complemented by a wide range of high-quality personal development tools and resources I have gathered and developed over my career. Throughout my life, I’ve likely navigated some of the challenges you’re facing. Experiencing burnout was a stark lesson in what happens if you constantly put others' needs and wants first whilst totally neglecting your own. It was an experience that taught me that saying "no" does not equate to unkindness or selfishness and that setting and maintaining clear boundaries leads to better relationships and a calmer, more balanced life.
In my mid-to-late thirties, I questioned my identity beyond the roles I played in others' lives and had to take the time to rediscover myself and my passions. I've had to harness inner resilience beyond what I thought I was capable of through divorce, single parenting, and my children's journeys with neurodivergence and ill mental health.
I understand just how difficult it can be to carve out time for yourself in a busy life, as well as the struggle many of us experience to stay feeling positive and well amidst the stress and uncertainty of the modern world.
